Beşiktaş’s French right-back, Valentin Rosier, made a statement to Beinsports’ France channel.
One of the future plans of the 24-year-old footballer, whom the black and white team added on loan from Sporting Lisbon until the end of the season, is not to return to Portugal.
Stating that his contract with Sporting is still continuing, the French defender said “I have not decided on my future yet, but I do not plan to return to Portugal.”

Whether Rosier will continue his career in Beşiktaş will become clear at the end of the season.
Regarding the Black & Whites, Rosier; “It will be clear at the end of the season whether I will stay in Beşiktaş or not. For now, I focused on the championship struggle. We drew with Fenerbahçe in our last game. We are 3 points ahead of Galatasaray. We are in an exciting and enjoyable championship race,” he said.
The French right-back, who played 26 games in Beşiktaş this season, scored 2 goals and made 5 assists.
The 24-year-old’s contract with Sporting Lisbon will expire in June 2024.
